The time it takes us to get the item ready for shipment varies from item to item.

We will do our best to meet these estimated shipping times, but cannot guarantee them.

If you order by bank transfer, the shipment will take place after the confirmed receipt of payment. Depending on the bank, it can take 2-4 working days for a bank transfer to be received.

After shipping, we will send an automatic email with the shipping confirmation and the associated DHL shipment tracking link.

It is only delivered to Germany.
Other EU countries on request.

Note for any returns that may occur:
You as the buyer bear the return costs. Please contact us before returning the item, and we will immediately inform you of the corresponding return process.

The delivery takes place against payment in advance (by bank transfer , Paypal or Amazon Pay ) or one of the payment methods offered by Shopify Payments. The latter include in particular:

• Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express
• Klarna: immediate transfer, pay immediately, invoice*
• Accelerated checkouts: Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay
• Other: eps transfer, Ideal, Bancontact

In the case of prepayment, the customer transfers the invoice amount, which was communicated to him by e-mail or telephone, to the following account (account is NOT for Klarna payments!):

* Purchase on account via Klarna: In cooperation with Shopify and Klarna AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer our customers purchase on account as a payment option. When buying on account with Klarna, the customer always gets the goods first and he always has a payment period of 14 days. Payment is made directly to Klarna AB (publ) ( www.klarna.de ). The customer receives all payment data directly from Klarna by e-mail. Note that purchase on account is only available for consumers in Germany.
